Refunds

At Shuttr.ai, we are dedicated to offering our customers the best products. Each product you choose undergoes rigorous inspection, defect checking, and careful packaging to ensure your satisfaction.

However, there might be instances where the product(s) you selected are not in stock or we face challenges with inventory and quality checks. In such cases, we might need to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance to alleviate any concerns. If you made an online payment (not Cash on Delivery), a refund will be processed once our team confirms your request.

We meticulously inspect items before processing orders and take great care in packaging. However, Shuttr.ai cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during transit or transportation.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. This includes situations where the item had free initial shipping; the customer is required to pay for the return shipping.
